The only reason he didn't get prison time was because he plead guilty, he still got a felony for it. This is how fucked we are.
Jerich pleaded guilty to felony charges of criminal mischief and reckless driving for defacing the intersection with skid marks last June, during a birthday parade for former president Donald Trump. |

The “state” chose to allow the use the surface of the street for political speech. Dude responded to that invitation with his own political speech. Tire marks are expected and normal on the street surface and part of doing business. |
