Wright Armory has done a couple custom revolvers with low-mounted optics:   It would cost a lot, but they could probably custom make just about any modified frame you’d want |

Honestly it wouldn’t be that difficult for a company that already offers optic plates to offer one with an integrated rear sight or dovetail, similar to how several manufacturers already make for various Glock/Sig/Staccato pistols. Then it’s just a matter of a new front sight to cowitness |
