Is the lawyer being charged with a crime?
Are you not allowed to meet violent intruders with an armed response on your private property? Are you not allowed to walk out of your house with a gun on your private property? There should not have been anyone on his private property. I'm lost on what this guy did wrong to have his gun legally confiscated. From what I saw on Fox, he's a Civil Rights attorney. Maybe he will represent himself now that he seems to have a pretty good case. |
