I'm thinking no charges. Why else would they pay off the family and then board up the city like they've done. Hell, there's even random garbage trucks placed at intersections just like Kenosha. My money is on: no charges, the city burns at dusk.

My first bike was a Honda CB, ahem... prior to getting a license. I’ve had two Suzuki SV models and both were amazing, my next one will be a GSXS 1000 for sure!
