I dunno. Sure, the willfully ignorant left isn't going to make any effort to get the truth, but the rest of the world can't avoid the memes, comments from friends, shitposting, and all the other ways that information moves through the net. I think it will make a difference with the minority in this country that actually makes the effort to vote. Maybe not 'the masses', but the masses don't vote. About 40% of the electorate will vote D no matter what...and 40% will vote R no matter what. I believe the 20% in the 'mushy middle' can be influenced by the truth, and some of them are either going to make the effort to find it or another person will bring it to them.
