I don't remember who it was, but earlier this week I saw that some online place was selling cases of blanks.  Seemed odd, since the only reason I could think of for buying blanks by the case, was if you had a can cannon upper and needed a lot of 5.56 blanks, but they weren't 5.56 (I think it was 7.62).

I guess they were for the newbies too ignorant to check what the loads are, before ordering.

I tend to agree, plus I figure that when it's time to wear plates...there will be plenty of them lying around.

Leave us pray we can avoid finding out.

I had to remove miasma from a story because an editor thought no one would understand it. Is there any way to pry education out of the hands of the left?

First of all it's the Privacy Act of 1974.

Second it only applies to federal agencies.

A store does NOT have to let you in just because you claim to have an unspecified respiratory disability and cannot wear a mask.

They do have to offer "reasonable accommodations", which could include drive up or curbside service.

I kinda have several half assed belts -- but now that my PC is done, I'm kinda turning my attention back to the belt, in spite of recent discussion about a chest rig.

I've got a bunch of Ares belts I used mostly for pistol comps, and a Mystery Ranch padded war belt that was originally designed to integrate with my usmc imtv.   I was going to try mod'ing the padded war belt for my current needs but not sure if I'm better off leaving that with the imtv and moving forward with a new belt.

I just figured belts and pouches would be easier to find than pc's, so did that first.

I think it's more effective for liberals to wake up and find themselves in an echo chamber wasteland, and more effective for the techs to see their total engagements drop off the chart.

One plate may be shattered, but the plate on the opposite side may still be good.  No one shooting .50BMG and you will likely find one good plate on everyone who was wearing them.  Some few of them will be the front plate that is shattered, many more will be the back.

...and actually the sadder thing is that I have to keep a limited facebook presence for work.  I have to be scrappy and fight to get last minute day gig pick-up jobs, and more than a few of my (younger / lazier ) clients think facebook is the appropriate place to post those last minute openings.  Miss a post, miss an easy gig.  Food off my table.

My two favorite belts are G-Code Operators belt and the Ronin Shūto.

The G-Code isn't as stiff so it contours around the hips better.
I like the Scorpion mag pouches and their mounting hardware works great with the belt.

Example:  CISA Mail-in voting election integrity describes the mail-in equivalent features that provide the same level of security as in-person voting does.

In many states, election officials verify each signature manually or by using technology. In most states, there is an escalated review process for ballots flagged as having an issue.

Yet we already know that in GA the setting for the technology were set to 20%, which undermines the confidence of finding signatures that do not match the voters signature on file.

The whole 'rumor control' theory is blown out of the water at every step when there is evidence that the safeguards are being ignored by those who are supposed to be enforcing them and those who are supposed to keep an eye on those people are willfully ignoring red flags that indicate an investigation should occur.

This man deserves to be fired and possibly face criminal charges for ignoring the reality that ALL of the system fails when the safeguard are not enforced.
