Miranda does not apply until two conditions have been met: 1. Custody - You are not free to leave. 2. Interrogation - You are being asked questions related to the investigation of a criminal offense. Treason/sedition are crimes, and if you are being held and questioned on the suspicion that you've committed one of those offenses, then yes, your rights apply. I know nothing about UCMJ/military justice. |
