One of the listed side effects was vivid dreams, may reported them as horrible nightmares. Didn't have any nightmares but I had the most vivid raunchy pornographic dreams. Zero impact on my desire to smoke but I almost wanted to keep taking it for the porn dreams.  As part of anti China virus supplements, melatonin is one of the suggested meds. Why would you remove your actual cash and spend it for a purchase? interest rates are still relatively low (I once bought and financed a house back in the 80's at 13% interest and that was a good deal for those times, lol). Instead consider financing the purchase with a minimum down payment and as long of a term loan as possible. You can always make higher or additional payments on the principle of the loan to pay it off earlier, if you are working and solvent. You will still have your IRA nest egg to fall back on if and when the economy goes to crap from Biden. You should also be able to refinance when interest rates go lower. I would value having money, trading supplies, etc more right now. You could always utilize the IRA money later if things go south financially. I would evaluate and perhaps adjust my IRA portfolio though, as I'm not trusting things to go well with investments long term during a Biden administration. Last questions: Is this just land or does it contain a home as well. Will this be your primary residence? Do you currently own a home that you will be needing to sell? Remind me what state you live in and current real estate situation there. ****NOTE: There is a massive bombing and cyber attack underway by the Israeli's on Iranian nuclear sites supposedly as I'm typing. Tehran's air raid sirens are blaring. Sites being attacked across the country. This makes sense to me, as Israel has repeated vowed to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear bomb capacity. With Comrade Biden and John Kerry planning to resume the Iran Nuclear deal, which surely would entail more cash to Iran, it seems like Israel's best opportunity is now. Iran has been building an additional large underground nuclear facility, but I don't have the most recent intel on the progression of that location. Best to disrupt before they can complete it though. |

There is going to be a lot of high level officers that will lose their jobs in the Pentagon over this, as they likely aided in it, if not kept the information away from the Biden/Obama administration. |
