Well todays mission is a bust....
 I will now have to probably do this myself and cut my own plywood the correct length.....  I went to Lowe's, they didn't have what I was looking for but it appears that the wood shortage of 2020 is still in full effect so I decided to go ahead and use the closest thing I could get and I would have to shim whatever I mounted to my workbench using the T-track. I would rather my work surface be taller than the track than the other way around. I got them to cut the 3/4" plywood (birch) on the first attempt. I guess I should have checked the measurement before I left.......it was an inch too short  . So I go back and take some of the extra that was left over and get them to cut the length I need from what I already purchased. It is 1/16" too short on one end but just shy of a 1/4" inch short on the other end.. I guess I was I am running T-track to mount a few things to the work bench. The one section I needed perfection on and swing and a miss. This is where they cut it too short  This picture has the end that is the closest to being correct with the mount mostly lined up but the other end has problems.  |
