It's bad to have a BMI that's too low or too high.  Via anecdotal evidence and observation of cormorbidity from deaths, like is seen in many disease processes, I had this figured out almost a year ago. I truly question why they have waited this long to release this information formally. Was it to prevent offending people at the risk of their very death? Seems quite counter productive, unless you were eager to rid the world of people you felt were a drag on society or something. SMDH That said, cardio stamina and loosing down to our fighting weight, along with strength training should be something we are all aspiring to do. With what may be coming down the pike, this becomes more important than ever. |
