FAA Accidentally Reveals 704 Previously Unknown Epstein Flights The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) accidentally revealed more than 2,000 flight records connected to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s private jets, over 700 of which were previously unknown, according to Insider. Insider filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) in January 2020 asking the FAA to disclose the agency’s data linked to Jeffrey Epstein’s private jets. Although the outlet’s request was dismissed due to a legal exemption designated by Congress known as “Exemption 7,” the FAA unintentionally sent Insider a chunk of Epstein’s flight data, which included departures and arrivals, as part of an unrelated FOIA request earlier in 2021, according to the Insider report. Retail raiders stole more than $13,000 in merchandise from two Ulta Beauty stores this weekend, prosecutors say Prosecutors charged two people with carrying out separate shoplifting raids on two Ulta Beauty stores over the weekend — thefts that netted them more than $13,000 in stolen merchandise, according to the allegations. Around 12:30 Sunday, Jaheim Jackson and three women entered the Ulta store at 3015 North Clark in Lakeview, but there was a problem. Prosecutors said that Jackson wasn’t wearing his COVID mask properly, and an employee asked him to leave if he couldn’t put it over his face and mouth. He and the women left. They all returned to the store within an hour and loaded baskets with merchandise from the fragrance department, prosecutors said. The group allegedly walked out with $8,500 worth of goods. Police located a car bearing a license plate that a witness linked to the thieves about four hours later. They pulled it over. Jackson was driving it with all of the Ulta merchandise lying on the back seat, prosecutors said. Armed with store security images, the cops noted that Jackson appeared to be the same person who didn’t wear a mask at the Ulta store and then returned to steal fragrances. Jackson is charged with felony theft and a driving offense. His public defender said he has one child and is a high school senior. |
