He could try a non-lethal option like an OC spray, but that is a one-shot thing against a mob that has been hit by pepper spray all day (and some have gas masks). He could try the Joe Biden "rack the shotgun and shoot in the air" thing. I can't see that turning out well. If a shop owner discharges a firearm (even a warning shot), it will be considered lethal force in most jurisdictions. Summary: People here are not advocating killing as much as they are surviving by using the minimum force possible. Sometimes, that may be lethal force. |
