I read Cryptonomicon by Neil Stepehnson a long time ago. (a great book btw)
In the book a guy owns stock in a company, and he's known to bring suit against the folks running companies that he has an ownership interest in for failing to do their fiduciary duty, making bad or incorrect decisions. Is this a real thing? Could twitter and others face lawsuits over the stupidity over the past week? They certainly cost someone money, Someone in here probably knows. |
