I wasn't a big fan of Rush Limbaugh. Like almost every radio talk host, he studdered and stammered way too much, his commentaries had way too many "ah..ah..ah" in them. His said the same thing over and over, a different way each time. A five minute story took 30 minutes. His raspy voice grated my nerves.

I teared up when he died. Truly one of the greatest Americans of my lifetime. |

How many conservative warriors across the nation did he inspire? How much worse shape would we be in if Rush had not blazed the trail of conservative radio that showed people they were not alone? I didn't always agree with everything Rush said but, he made you think, which was his goal. He was an entertainer, which he made no secret of, but we will never know how many people he caused to stand up and make their voice heard.
