I've been wanting one for a long time. Finally bit the bullet and ordered one from Tower Hobbies.
I haven't flown in a long time, this model should work great to fly around the house. Might get me back in the hobby like I used to be. |

I actually saw one on amazon today and almost bought it. I've been out of it for a long time, had some giant scale stuff, some .60's, 40's, no electric though. I did get an Aeroscout about a year ago. It was fun for about 15 minutes until I lawn darted it. I rebuilt it but haven't flown it again.

Tower has a 20% off coupon right now if you join their Super Saver club. Knocks $30 off, so cheaper than Amazon.
Looks like a neat execution. I had one of the giant Ultra Sticks with a ST2300 on it. Most boring airplane I ever owned, I sold it after a handful of flights. Given the cost of nitro now I don't think I could afford to fly it. |

I learned to fly with a Balsa USA swizzle stick and an old, well loved Saito .40 4 cycle. Man, that brings back memories from 37 years back.
I’d be tempted again if I had a place to fly and could find fuel at a reasonable price. I loved those old 4 cycle nitro engines. |

The most fun I ever had in the hobby was modifying my HobbyZone Super Cub to convert it to a brushless motor, flattening the dihedral wings with carbonfiber strip, adding flaps and ailerons, and LED lighting kit.
