A time stamp might be helpful, after watching it 3 times the closest I could come to something being out of the ordinary is at :30, and that's a stretch.

I'm not seeing it. Unless there's something other han the 3 second freeze frame. That looks like it could be leaves oer a prop of head/shoulders sort of thing and I'm not seeing a body or a specific face without imagination.

Looks pretty fake and staged. Doesn't move in the least or attempt to hide.
If these are real, and as evasive as we're lead to believe, it wouldn't be standing there still while some guy w spot lamps 9ft in the air is tooling along at 3mph |
