Eh, they're all cold and unable to move fast.  As long as you're not an idiot you can relocate them or kill them if you wanted to.

copypasta from the comments

My buddy has an underground snake collection, spittiers, vipers, etc. He pulled out his big ass rattler
and had it on the floor, and I mean to tell you, every hair on my body and endorphin knew Death was mere feet away. A while ago, people were doing the "place a cucumber by the cat and watch it jump routine", and scientists were trying to figure it all out with their know it all hullabaloo, but I know why cats are scared of cucumbers, because they resemble snakes and a cat isn't going to just "sit there", it will have the fight or flight mode kick in first. I had a ball python, Colossus, beauty she was, and my cat noticed her moving up under the couch seat next to me. She's all coiled up. Well, little kitty eventually forgot she was there, jumped up on the cushion and as soon as she landed on the cushion, remember snakey snake was underneath and that cat, I swear to God, flew sideways off in mid air and landed 10 feet away while doing acrobatics worthy of an Olympics Gymnastics team. Another instance was my other cat saw me pulling a spotted blanket under some other blankets and went ballistic, because cats know, genetically, that snake are not friends, and seldom are play toys. Side note: I was at a party and Colossus was wrapped around my neck, with her head perched up on my head. A dude who had raped my friend's sister showed up and she bit that dude in the back of the neck. To this day, I believe she picked up on his bad vibes, which is interesting, because later he was peeking in from the bathroom into a bedroom on some people gettin' it on. He broke the damn toilet, got kicked out, crashed and broke the fence to peek into the bedroom. And that was it. The entire fucking party emptied out and beat the living shit out of that fucker. I had my scanner on, as the police station was blocks away, on the same street, and of course the call came in. Everyone went inside, and the owner of the house threw his bike in the middle of the street and said, "Officers, that man tried to break into my house". They didn't say a word, simply loaded up ole broke shit busted up Danny Davis and his bike and hauled him away, never to be seen again.

Unless there is an over abundance of rodents in the area that needs dealt with, I would harvest the hides and backstraps of those snakes.  Some people sell the heads with fangs, and there are folks that use the ribs to make beaded jewelry.  I see money and some tasty eating after a bunch of work.

My Grandpa told me they were clearing a field in the South Pacific for a landing strip during WWII. He said they were cutting the grass down with a scythe and uncovered a nest of cobras. Being ten I said "what did you do Grandpa?" He said "we didn't mess around, we threw a grenade on them."

Used to be local rattlesnake rodeos when I was a kid. They would milk the snakes and show them around  just like in the video. The were usually kept in a large holding cage with chicken wire on top and metal chairs around the cage so kids could step up and look down into the cage.

There was an M2 flamethrower that came up for auction recently.  Probably went for $15K-20K.  I remember thinking holy shit that's a lot of cash for one.  After seeing that video I think it was a bargain!

Looks like they knew the snakes were there.  Imagine finding that by accident.  IIRC one of the old Faces of Death videos had some guy who found a nest under the floor of his kitchen sink when he was working on the plumbing.
