Looking at the UT vs UT game, it dawned on me that Georgia won’t play either team this regular season. That felt weird considering the last time they didn’t play Tennessee was in the early 90s and it feels like Georgia played Texas about 87 times since Texas recently joined the SEC.  Also, I’m a little surprised that #1 Texas @ #14 Tennessee has the early kickoff time while #23 A&M @ #10 LSU is in prime time. The battle of the UTs seems like the bigger game, IMO. Y’all have no idea how glad I am that this weekend we have a 6pm kickoff and the temp is going to be about 80° at kickoff. Game 1 we had over 100 calls to first aid and EMS for heat illnesses and had over 75 this past weekend. I read that at games when Trump attends, whenever he is on the move, all comms get cut. That goes from gate operations to coaching headsets. I’m out on that. |
