He's 72, I can see dumping a lot of the less sentimental stuff and using that money to play more before you become a worm buffet.

He was on Gun Talk a little while ago and Tom Gresham took him to task about Wayne. Ted pretty much just LoLed through the whole thing. Tom got upset, Tom Gresham is not an easy man to upset. |

I'll jump in on the hate. Does Ted still sport a douche patch?

Ted is on the NRA board because he is a celebrity, he isn’t one of the players that runs the organization.

Say what you want about him but is there a better pro 2nd Amendment response than this one?

View Quote Victimhood's got nothing to do with it. The man shit on himself to avoid the draft. No different than taking a road trip to Canada. As far as the draft, after that crazy Asian war, the draft became a political hot potato everyone wanted ended, then in the 1980s we got Total Force, plus a President who believed and a Congress who funded. |

Quoted: Ted might be a draft dodging loud mouth... But he's done a shit ton of good for the shooting and hunting communities. Scales more than balance IMO. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Ted might be a draft dodging loud mouth... But he's done a shit ton of good for the shooting and hunting communities. Scales more than balance IMO. You mean the same 'Mr. Gun Rights' that was hot and heavy supporting the Second amendment March' in DC, said he was going to play and perform, got a lot of peoples hopes up to see him, then bails at the last minute because organizers weren't paying him enough. Maybe if the cheap pricks had coughed up the cash "Uncle Ted" wouldn't have to auction off all his shit? I've heard rumors that Ted Nugent will be there to speak. Is this true? We have been in contact with Ted Nugent's Personal Assistant and she quoted us a speaking fee for Mr. Nugent. While Mr. Nugent would be a great asset to the march, we simply cannot afford him. We express our regrets. http://web.archive.org/web/20100325092323/http://www.secondamendmentmarch.com/faqs "When the March was first proposed (February 2009) Ted committed to playing in DC for us. Since then he has asked for $45,000 to appear. A true patriot would have done it for actual expenses like all our other speakers, including Larry Pratt from Gun Owners of America. I guess I find it distasteful for someone to preach about gun rights and then try to make a ton of money off the idea. All the people involved in the March will be paying money to attend or donating money or both to stand up for our rights, none will be making money off the event. Go to the site and see what you can do to help. A $50 donation would go a long way in supporting our efforts. http://www.secondamendmentmarch.com" https://www.1911forum.com/threads/ted-nugent-to-expensive-to-book-for-2nd-amendment-march.259845/ The scrote was also pushing hard to his fan base to support the The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA), with all kinds of bullshit reasons. I was signed up on his forum at the time and posting counter arguments why gun owners should oppose it, and I was actually changing some peoples minds, and/or got them to rethink it. I might have been able to conduct some more of Gods work, but I got banned. Quoted: When I was a kid all I wanted was to be in the military, Vietnam cured me of that. I might be somewhat willing to give him some benefit of a doubt for doing what he did if it was for some ethical, moral or political reason, but his excuse was that he just wanted to 'play guitar and be a rock and roller'... I got my notice to be in the draft. Do you think I was gonna lay down my guitar and go play army? Give me a break! I was busy doin’ it to it. I had a career Jack. I think it would be cool to own something of Teds. Might bid on a thing or two.
I’ll have to check out the details. Does stuff come with anything like a receipt or whatever from the auction that would preserve the provenance? |

Cool stuff. Looks like he gave his crew AK's!
Ive been looking around at my stuff. Keep thinking I need to sell everything that I'm not likely to use again. |
