It would be more retro if GM didn't keep the Camaro's rear quarter/decklid arch on it. The quarters and decklid were straight and basically flat on the Chevelle's which made them distinctive from the Camaro.
Using the Camaro and slapping on some different skin, and calling it a Chevelle is like taking the Silverado and putting a full-length body molding down the side and calling it a C/10, as if it's a different model in the lineup. |
