Because Democrats ride in on Republican fiscal policies, they then repeal all of them and destroy the economy while enriching government through excessive taxation. The fact of the matter is that tax breaks lead to bigger revenues because they increase spending in the private sector. Democrat administrations have been the recipient of prior administration decisions and they know how to play that. Notice they also never attempt to pay down the debt. The fact that 1/2 the population is on entitlements just makes government revenue seem more important to the economy than it should be. When the population has been beaten down to dependent levels by government policy the private sector economic health only becomes important in what government can steal to support its creation. And when Democrats take control there’s two things they automatically do, they repeal all tax breaks enacted by Republicans and they increase taxes on the middle class to cover the burdens they created to exploit votes out of. They’ve been doing it since before I was born. The “fair share” thing has always been a lie. |
