I have an HSS...am I going to hell? It's buttercream, which is the best color, so that should mitigate a little.

Somehow, I never actually owned a fender. I've played a hundred different ones, but never had one of my own.
I do have an epiphone strat copy. This one plays like a dream. My old roommate (who owns several strats) borrowed my epiphone to take on warped tour.  This one came from the factory with the usual 3 single coil pickup setup. I Frankensteined it and put in a couple humbuckers. A hot girl in some of my high school classes decorated it. Then like 10 after high school, I ended up meeting up with her again and we got married.
