 Michael Angelo Batio has a bunch of 2 and 4 neck guitars, with necks on both sides.   ETA - Even found him with an 8 necker.

I saw him live in a little country dive bar in KS back in 2003. I was 5 rows back form the front and he played for 3 hours straight. He sweated through 2 outfits and changed into new clothes. It was the best concert I've ever been to.

Steve Vai.. a guy with so much ability but never did find 3 or 4 other guys that could spend enough time in the same room with him to make great songs. He's really just Bucket Head with less gimmick.
