I need to replace my old Chinese vise that I repaired over 20 years ago. I cracked the base beating the shit out of it a couple days ago.
I'm looking at these three options: Yost Tools 880-D2 Industrial Grade 8" Reversible Vise, Chinese, 60ksi ductile iron, $300. Keep an eye on craigslist, facebook marketplace, etc. Find an old one in good shape. They are probably better than new ones anyway.
