OK, my brain doesn't always follow a linear path or one I consciously choose. And this popped into mind.
It is legal for a man to be topless at the beach. it is not legal for a woman to show nips at the beach. (bummer) So, how does the law apply to a man who identifies as a woman? What if he has had enhancements? Dayum. Do I have to think of everything?
