I need to travel from East Texas early tomorrow morning down US 59 and I69 to toll 99 and around to Cypress. Any reports on road conditions with the flooding? I’ve been on the drive Texas website but really don’t trust it and it’s hard to decipher. Anyone travel through at least down 59 as far as the 99 exit? Are there some lanes open? Is the traffic terrible? I’m trying to avoid the longer scenic route. I did post this in the hometown forum as well but thought I might get a bigger audience in GD.
