I used a 1 inch cap for the pummel and the plug for the top.
Still need to grind it to a point. Remember.... 1 inch threaded nipple....ground to point would be your fast and dirty spike. |

I work at an antique co-op and the place is full of cheap impact weapons. LOOOOTS of axes and hammers and stuff for under ten bucks.
Found these within ten feet of the register: Attached File There were three. One was the same size as in the pic, the other was probably fifty percent bigger. $1.50 each. I bought em all because of this damn thread! Now I gotta find or make handles. Attached File This long ass wrench was $10 so I left it there, but it would split someones melon pretty easy with no modification, I think. I'm supposed to be off tomorrow, but I'll probably go look around for more stuff, dammit. |

Making a Medieval Spiked Ball Mace - Historical Build |

Quoted: One shot to the dome and it's coloring books for Christmas View Quote Lol A couple years ago, when I still had a Facebook account, I followed a local law enforcement agency, they had posted a story about someone being mugged. I posted that I had a dojo where I taught self defense using a guardrail nut on a length of paracord A few people understood it was a joke and played along, the cops, they got pissed |

I really like the creativity in many of these creations. However, there are some that would be too heavy to wield for very long and that could be problematic. A lighter version would be effective enough without making someone too tired to wield it for long...and a lighter one would be faster too.

Quoted: Is a shovel or hoe a deadly weapon? View Quote Never seen anyone killed with a hoe but I'm sure it's happened. I've helped work a death scene where the murder weapon was a shovel (buddy was one of the deputy coroners and I'm pretty good at finding bone fragments and parts). She'd been dead a while so we were just trying to find all of the pieces that the critters had scattered after her boyfriend caved her skull with a couple of whacks. Worked a couple of hammer deaths as well including one that was similar; boyfriend dragged the body into the woods after using a claw hammer on her head and the animals had been snacking on it. |

How about 3' of threaded 1" black steel water pipe with a nut on the end.
There once was a tool, that it's mere mention of it's name was a banable offense on AR15. Apparently a D'cell mag can be modified to use C cell batteries with a lead pipe as a battery sleeve. It still functions as a flashlight, but is much heavier. It may or may not be considered an illegal club in some cities and states. |

You need a fence to keep them away while you stab them in the head. |
