Especially when that content not only makes you rich beyond belief, but in control of a large chunk of the entire world.

Too much power,  which has been visibly abused several times, and instead of making a stand and punishing the wrong doers, they change some global policy enough to create a distraction so the little kids diddled are no longer mentioned.  

They're following the same progression which has invaded most non-denominational and smaller churches in the US.  Allow Gay then allow trans and then when they get into power, allow pedophiles.  Incrementalism and they've had this plan for decades if not centuries, we're just seeing it and it was never fathomed it would actually be gone through with so there's no existing defense for it and the people trying to hold firm et bowled over or fired.
