Missing that date, the next window due to terrain concerns would be early May. Keep your eyes and ears peeled. Not a lot of optimism from either source in my discussions with them.   I was recommended to start following an intel website called "Debka.com" for insight from outside the US. ETA: My sources not prone to exaggeration and generally are correct when commenting on things over the years.
