From the sub, someone took some Sumit quotes.

From the Q3 2021 EC Transcript (October 28, 2021)

> **Sumit Sharma** -- *Chief Executive Officer*
>
> So, our lidar software. This is the key, you know, this is a very bright jewel in the crown for MicroVision. **This is something that all of us should care a great deal about and I'm very, very excited about this**. We're working on something that would allow OEMs to start evaluating a system where more of the load from their computing can be shifted into our ASIC, to our algorithms that we've already developed, that we are going to develop and **we're going to actually demonstrate.**
>
> **And this is what the exciting news about the June 2022 timeline that I talked about previously and also touched upon today is that actually is a very, very big deal for us in the future.** And having a big software component besides our hardware component makes the company a lot more valuable. So, having our custom ASIC and software story getting solidified, that's important to all of us. **So, what's in those features? I think it's more -- we're going to demonstrate it.**
>
> I think, you know, we don't want our competition to listen to our earnings call and understand what features are coming in the future. But I can clearly say that I think I hope I've demonstrated over the last 18 months that I have a good insight into what's happening to this  industry and I can say with confidence that we are on a very good path and **our global management consulting partner also has vetted this out with us, of course, but also with OEMs. And they strongly, you know, agree with me that this is something that is going to be pretty impressive.**

and then from the Investment Community Webcast and Press Conference (January 5, 2022)

> Every OEM wants to see hardware and solution integrated with software, but **all of them have different scenarios that they're looking at. And we work very closely with them to understand all the scenarios.** We go through simulation to show them how our technology would have an advantage in those scenarios. Then of course, we do track testing. And then beyond that, of course, we would engage them and do it at their track when these -- **the test scenarios are specific to them, we will demonstrate at their track to them.**
>
> So I think those things are in play. As I've said before, by **June 2022**, **we expect to have track testing done and some data that we would be providing publicly. And of course, a lot of this data is also shared with our OEM and Tier 1 partners.** As far as the overall OEM -- every company is raising demonstrated capability, but **it's important to get the scenarios that they are actually focused on, and that's what we feel very comfortable that we have a very good understanding of the most challenging scenarios that they are faced with, and we feel confident that we are able to actually address their issues in those scenarios.** So I'm excited about that.
>
> The work is actively going right now. And of course, **in parallel, we're actively promoting the solution to the OEM**, meaning that we demonstrate what we can, simulation data, testing data as we go **based on each specific need that they have**. But I think that from a time line standpoint, I think nothing has changed. I still expect our team is very confident that we expect that by **June 2022** this year, that we would be able to demonstrate something. And of course, we'll talk more publicly about it as we are closer to that.

Imagine one day soon waking up, hopping in this thread and seeing everyone here going bananas? Why what happened venge?? Well fellow investors, MVIS released a bunch of videos showing their Lidar being experimented in a Mercedes vehicle. Share price shot up to $28. That day will be amazing.

I'm remaining optimistic and reading those job openings as bullish. They have so many contracts in hand with OEMs that they need more engineers to support them all. Right.... Right?

Right now BBIG is $1 above this week's max pain. If it can hold on to that it will start creating a small Gama squeeze for this week if someone did what I did but on a much bigger scale and bought ultra cheep out of the money options that are now in the money.

Probably that same guy that sold $20+ puts for next week.

I hope that guy doesn't have to pay one single put.

Yeah, that's why it needs to hold where it is.  Just being here causing buying pressure and that causes more buying pressure.

Someone bought all those shares down at the bottom.  I don't think they are selling for just a dollar profit when they can drive it really high.

I just wish BBIG management would get on board. It's like they dont  want that $8 warrent money.

Im not even joking, move the operation to texas. Austin specifically. Ask elon. Just saying.

Although realistically i dont think the leadership of this company can manage a move like that and would ultimately result in another fumble

100% agreed, no bottom in sight. It’s downright scary. Im just glad i took advantage of Tuesdays irrational pop in price to get some calls sold with decent premiums. Im still going to stockpile cash and average down again, eventually but not now.

Yup I remember last time this thing went from $8 -$12 it had rocket fuel. If they could time that kind of PR at that time (if we get to that level again) I think we would rocket to what was previously expected in that $20-$25 range. Thats a lot of hopium and we still need to see what tomorrow brings. But it tomorrow pops off too, it could begin another fomo surge combined with short squeeze. Cue the popcorn.

I wonder if part of it is which OEM's are being talked to.

Is MVIS only going after the luxury brands (or even just European luxury brands)?
Do they know that the US and Asian auto makers do not care enough about quality as they do about price and just getting something out there?

Will it be a trickle down effect once MVIS comes out on Mercedes/VW/BMW (that is my guess who they are in talks with having all the Germany stuff going on) and everyone sees how good it really is, and that the cost is not any more (or maybe even less) than what they are currently using, as well as better ability to design the product into their vehicles?
If they are partnering with Bosch to develop this and roll it out, it would not be hard for other manufactures to jump on the bandwagon once it is out.

The problem is, when will that really be?

@70satvert, I'd be happy with $3.49 as well.

why all the love over BBIG suddenly? It is still way down from it's $10.xx high, and was this price 7 months ago.
Yes it is a positive movement finally instead of a negative. Still needs to double before I get excited.
