$9M to fund operations through Q4. That's good news.
Begging for the R/S again to stay listed is bad news. That million share block that got dropped to knock the SP back below $1.00 was a dagger. The upside to his comments is he wouldn't be making them if he had the R/S "YES" votes. The 30% salary drop was contrition, but it didn't sway me one little bit. The longs will sit, ride out the fall and wait for a sale. Speculators who didn't get out at the dollar high on either end of the day are gotta get locked in until the ASM, or eat a significant loss. Tomorrow may well be another .22 bloodbath. I'll pick up 5K or 10K if it craters that hard. |

Well what a crappy day, it had so much promise. I tried getting my 1/2 out over the past 3 days since it tanked down from 1.89.
Today I had my sell set at 1.05, hit 1.01. Set at .95, hit within a hundredth of .95. Set it at .92 and it hit .919. And so in and so forth until I ran out of time and sold half at .84. No choice and it looks like it was the right call for now. During the start of the call it was going up up up but, as anticipated, he didn't mention Microsoft and it tanked back to .70 it looks like now. So I got my half out at .84 and made 151.3% in my brokerage account (higher avg basis) and 243.9% in my IRA's (earliest basis). I still own 75.000 shares roughly at a basis of .25 and will hold for either the sale or end. It was clear to me that the sale is coming, it's just a question of when, how much and to whom. Also whether they sell the company in full or part. I did hear that they have a $9m advanced deposit from the "customer" that would be a boot for msft to have if they bought mvis. I didn't see or hear anything in the call that surprised me or worried me. They have cash to operate through the sale. So we are good. I just need a day or two away from this stock. Hey I was up a LOT more but my very first foray into penny stocks, I would say I rocked. Learned a lot and still have some very strong upside potential. Thanks again Osprey61. I was hoping for the home run. Got a ground rule double. Hope everyone has a great night, I have a celebratory brisket that has been smoking all day. The flat will be the consolation brisket and the point will be the congratulatory brisket. More later. |

I bought low but forgot to sell high.
Well, I did sell some. Just enough to cover my initial buy-in, so I am not losing any money, at least. And I'll just hold what I got and stick it in a drawer for a while and see how it goes. Thanks for the ride, OP. It's been very entertaining!! If you run across any other interesting info, please let us know! |

So it's still up 50% from a week ago? I think I'd still be looking to sell, despite the 50%+ drop in a 24 hour period.

It was definitely fun.
Thing is, Friday and Monday are still going to be interesting I bet. I think there's still a lot of people in it that were not in for the long game (still many dedicated true longs in this, though) that failed to get out and take the money and run. A lot of us were probably foolish going on the merger speculation and feel we need to hold for a bit longer...possibly a dangerous decision....and here we are waiting for "tomorrow". All hope is not lost, even if it's just a glimmer of hope. That glimmer is the longs that are holding. Of course I'm saying all this on speculation, and I may very well be a bag holder in the next week or two lol. I'm still in, and have unrealized gains. I should have dumped three days ago, but it is what it is. Fun money. |

I'll get back in if it hits .30

Thanks for the thread OP.
I got in for a couple thousand shares at $.0.22, and sold half after hours Tuesday at $1.50. Will ride the last thousand out, and may even buy more when this inevitably dips back down near a quarter. |

Glad y'all had fun, but Jeebus, even I need a break for a while.

Can you sell puts early? Mine expire on the 15th. Let's say this tanks down to .22 again. Can I sell early and buy more shares? I bought 3 Puts at .30

This really was a fun thread. Still more to come I'm sure.
Don't have any shares now but very happy with the results. In at .21 out at 1.72/2000shs and 1.30/3000shs. Thinking of dropping the coin on a nice GA Precision bolt gun and scope. Thanks for the fun ride Osprey!! |

So my I instincts were right. But I'll be holding until the sale of the company. |

This has been an awesome few weeks OP ! What's the next pick we should be looking at?
Here's a question... so let's say I think the Q2 earnings reports for most companies is going to be a bloodbath, way worse than expected. How do I make money on this? Buy August or September puts on stocks I think will drop when earnings come out? |

That's a good day's work I get a funny feeling you are nearly as naive about some of this as you made out Lol I swear as God as my witness.. I thought Turkey's could fly. If I asked a question, I didn't know the answer. No acting or priming the pump/running information and disinformation here. This was my very first and last penny stock. I usually trade ETF's and a few individual stocks. Back when Greece was going crazy and our markets were tanking I went all in with my entire 401-k in my company's stock. We have nothing to do with Greece and yet our stock was down tens of dollars a day at times. In/out/in/out and I did it for a year or so until I was promoted to a position where I thought someone could make the case I could infer insider Info. So I stopped. But literally this was my exposure to complete manipulation. I had no idea how the fix was in or I would have taken big profits earlier. Monday and Today I had the right play figured out but it was like they were reading my mind. A couple times I was within .001 from hitting my exit price and it eluded me for three days. One and done, this took over my life and was a great diversion from covid. Now I have to go back to work. Thank you for posting it and my eternal appreciation for your help and warnings. |
