awesome stuff, I don't play, I enjoy the novels and I have a Adepta Sororitas Repentia Squad I'm painting. Their story horrifies me. As well as the Penitent Engines, holy shit that is horrifying in my imagination.

Space Marine 2 is quickly approaching.
I have owned every Playstation Console since the PS1 came out, but I had zero desire to purchase the PS5 until now. I will be buying the PS5 just to play with my buddy who recently bought one online playing Space Marine 2. Trying to convince my other best friend who sadly moved to North Carolina to buy a PS5 to hop on with us and play the campaign co-op. Looks like I'll be able to customize my player to look like a Black Templar as well. |

Question for you Warhammer people..
My 12 year old son has recently discovered painting miniatures. He was given a space marine to paint at Comic Con last month and has been hooked ever since. He’s always been a creative, artistic kid and I figured this would be a fun hobby for him…until I went to buy him a set of figures. Holy shit are these things pricey!! So are there a more affordable miniatures out there? Some sort of generic alternative? He’s not concerned about having a full army (or whatever) or even playing the game. He just likes painting the little guys. Doesn’t have to be Warhammer either, could be Dungeons and Dragons type stuff. Although he seems to like armored soldiers with big guns. Another question is are all of the Warhammer figures ones you have to glue together? Are there are versions that are just ready to prime and paint. I’ve superglued my fingers together more times than I’d care to. I appreciate any advice you all can give. Here’s what he’s done so far Attached File |

It's madness. One way is getting a resin 3d printer and making your own figures (it's a whole other hobby). Or, try Wargames Atlantic figures. They cover a wide variety of genres (historical, Sci fi, and fantasy) and come 24 figures to a box. Wargames Atlantic on Amazon Best, JBR |

To be honest, it's been so fun that I haven't felt bad about the purchase. Generally, if it's a good game, I have to buy it twice for the both of us so even $60 regular games is a $120+ expense for me. |
