Bone in spiral ham for the days of tasty leftover ham slices for breakfast and lunches. Bonus points for frozen meaty ham bone to be used for hearty soup base at a later date.

I usually do a Prime Rib on the grill. I have also done Steak & Spinach Pinwheels using flank steaks, frozen/chopped spinach, bacon, and parmesan cheese. Much easier to do a rib roast though, lots of prep with the pinwheels.
I'm really close to pulling the trigger on a Snake River Farms Wagyu rib roast for Christmas. |
