| I've been using my Granpappy fryer for years. Mostly chicken and fish. I don't have much knowledge about fried foods, but what else is big on the list? Meats preferably. |

Chicken fried steak, pork chunks, beef chunks, pork steak/chops, tater tots, onion, buritos, bacon, peppers, whole chicken, turkey, quail, pidgon, alligator, rattle snake......... Lot more stuff can be fried. Make biscuit dough, pull off piece pat it to approx 4" diameter x 1/4" thick, tear small hole in middle put in fry till brown, flip brown other side and you got fry bread. Left over biscuits cut in half fry till brown sprinkle with salt to taste, you got fried biscuit, goes with soup, beans or whatever like frybread. |
