Old school Delta contractor's saw... ...with upgraded fence and power switch.  I lusted after a unisaw for many years, but life happened, and I stopped woodworking as much. If I was in the market today, I would probably seriously consider a SawStop. I've had more than enough close calls for this lifetime. |

I have the same lackluster Craftsman you do and I paid more for the Delta fence kit that I put on it than I paid for it, it was also next to free. (lol at this youtube channel name)  Upgrade Craftsman Rip Fence to Delta 36 T3 Rip Fence |

A Ryobi portable-scissor-leg-folding-thing-with-wheels. It has a falloff extension and part of the table slides (makes cutting angles a breeze). Bought it 15 years ago, have used it twice  Looks like this but part of the table can slide with the material.  |

Craftsman from around 1998. Unfortunately It’s done a lot more work as a table than a saw lately.

| Rockwell/Delta Unisaw and a DeWalt 8-1/4 cordless 60 volt that just keeps running. Saw has a Godly number of hours on it. It rides in the back of my truck tucked up under the tool box with the fence hanging out. What a badass little saw. Its going on 7 years old. Love that little saw. |

Around 35 year old Craftsman that's seen plenty of use through the years. It's been sitting in the shed for the last 6 years idle since I built a wheelchair ramp for my mom during covid. She never got to use the ramp.

I have a few. Obviously, sawstop master race. Cause I make money with my fingers. Can't be losing any out in the shop. Second photo is using my kobalt jobsite saw to make a table saw sled for the tiny little 4" table saw. I think I have most of the bases covered with these.

They have a decent cult following and are pretty solid saws once they have a good fence. Looks like you have a linked belt, the cast iron wings, and a zero clearance insert... I can'y make out the fence though. One came with our current house, I don't have the fancy cast wings but it does have a bigger motor amd I scored and old Align-a-Rip 24/24 from ebay. It is immensely better than the Skil contractor saw I used to have! |
