A buddy of mine canned a ton of scuppernong jelly that is pretty good and was nice enough to share some with my family. . He gave us a few jars that have the consistency of a typical jelly and also a couple that didn't quiet set up so its more of a sauce than a jelly.

No issues on how to consume the jars that can spread like jelly but am trying to come up with some ways to use the jelly that is more a liquid?  First thing that comes to mind is use it as a glaze for grilled pork tenderloin or maybe mix in with burnt ends or similar.

Anybody have suggestions on some options to use it?

Thanks in advance

Give them out at Christmas as ''Jelly of the month'' gifts.

If they are sugary, a glaze might work. Try it on a chop or something similar and see how it comes out.

I've used raspberry jam on pork before and it was pretty good.

Mix 50:50 with yellow mustard, put in a crock pot with sliced kielbasa or little smokies.

Common problem.  Read a box of gelatin.

There will be instructions on how to fix jelly that didn't set.

There's also a bunch of YouTube videos and internet articles about how to do this.

We have also used jelly that didn't set as ice cream topping.

Buy frozen Italian meatballs and throw them in a crock pot.  Pour jelly over till covered.  Cook on low for a few hours.
