I've been wondering that myself.
Yesterday in the break room a coworker asked me if I voted for Trump. He's one of the very few here who is vocally anti Trump. I just said "yup." He went on to ramble something about kicking all the gays out. I didn't respond. Just let him fester in whatever delusion he's under, but it was odd. |

In November of 2016 my bass player's wife (a SEIU leftist) called to tell me I should be ashamed of myself as a gay man who voted for Donald Trump....
I explained that Trump made a statement after the Orlando massacre telling gays that he employs many and has never had a problem with them and will protect them from incidents such as this. He had already earned my vote for vowing to fistfight BLM onstage if they got by his security while doing a rally as opposed to Bernie Sanders who stared at his shoes in a corner while BLM took over his stage for 20 minutes a week earlier in Seattle Hillary on the other hand promised to import hundreds of thousands of Muslims who wish to throw me and my partner off of a building so to me it was an easy choice. |
