When I was teenager there was a girl that walked around town. She was cross eyed and the family might have been inbred or certainly appeared so. When driving past the passenger would duck down and yell,hey bitch,out the drivers window,which made it look like it was the driver. I have never seen a flip off to compare since. She was a master. It was artwork. It included the opposing hand smacking at the bicep fired off both sides, some around the world finished with the in/out deep plunge under the knee finale.
