short, simple 'n sweet as the subject asks...I have carefully observed this now and don't know if it's intentional or an artifact bug of the new EE...specifically referring to just edits on the main ad as a seller or posts on the ad made either as a buyer or seller...

in my case personally, it makes my account appear far more active, but for a scammer's new account purpose it could clearly be misused for someone to just run wild with a single post or comment in a bid to run up their post count and thusly appear more 'established' on the forum...
