THis has been established and well known for decades. But still too many people avail themselves of employing illegals - some get caught but most don't.
A lot of them are wealthy dickheads and politicians. Even when they get caught, you only hear about it if they have an R next to their name. |

Fine anyone who employs or rents a home/apartment/room to illegals $1 million per illegal, per day, on top of ending all welfare payouts. Those who are here will leave, those who haven’t come yet won’t.
And get rid of automatic citizenship just for being born here. |

ASSuming that many illegals here are working jobs where they get paid cash, there is a simple two or three step solution:
1. Get rid of the income tax entirely (you law abiding citizens now just got a 20% to 30% raise) 2. Institute a sales tax on every-fucking-thing…a much larger sales tax than what we have now Make it too expensive to live here and the illegals will self deport |

If an illegal alien is arrested by ICE and there is sufficient evidence to show unauthorized employment, then use the civil forfeiture process to take everything they have. There is no consolation prize of being deported, but being able to take $10,000 home that was gained through the crime of identity theft or tax evasion.
Crack down on businesses that historically use a lot of illegal alien labor. The first time we catch you, the fine will be manageable. Any time after that it’s game on. Make ignoring the deportation order of an immigration judge an offense which makes an alien permanently ineligible for any legal means of getting any sort of legal status in the future. Any work visas as for a short, seasonal duration. If you overstay that visa you will never get a chance at another one or any legal means of getting any sort of legal status in the future. No federal funding and Congressional Districting based on counting them in the census. Both red and blue states will get caught under this. Many states are over represented in Congress because of this. Any illegal alien wishing to have their case heard by an immigration judge will have to appear at the US Embassy in their home country to have their casevheard via Zoom. If they win their case, they can begin the visa process at the US Embassy. |

Theoretically it could be done but in reality it never could be done for the following reasons.
1. Big business would never allow such laws to pass. 2. Every illegal loving lawyer and church group would sue. 3. The illegal loving media would destroy any politician who got on board with such laws. 4. Activist groups would go to the homes of every politician who voiced support for such laws. 5. Lastly, the corrupt courts would find a reason to say these laws violate some right they have or have come to rely on. |

thats unnecessary Just arrest a couple soccer moms and a few CEO/CFOs and a couple board members for tax evasion and fraud that hire illegal immigrants. You could easily bust businesses that have had ICE purges before. let people know arrests won't stop and post embarrassing mug shots on respective federal social media platforms. Tell the press. the flow would stop in a week We have illegal immigration because we want illegal immigration. It's a simple supply and demand metric. We ONLY focus on supply, but don't touch demand. Remove demand and supply with naturally stop. |

Neither team wants to deport most of them. Both teams would like to get rid of the criminal illegals.
Illegal immigration is also loved by both teams for its impact on voting. For "amnesty" or "deport them all" turns out the base. All on the mistaken hope that this time, this time, for sure this time, things will change. But, there is are no change. Cause, neither team wants to deport most of them. And, the truth of the matter is this in many areas of Texas. Illegals reduce the costs of many goods and services. Sure, they impose costs as well, but those costs are hidden from most folks. And, we love our cheap lawn care, cheap sheet rock work, cheap fence builders, and cheap ditch diggers. In Houston, good luck working in most restaurant kitchens unless you speak Spanish. Many of them, Spanish is the only language spoken. As in exclusively. |
