I went Ruger Mark 4 22/45 tactical.  No issues with my SWR Spectre II or SiCo Sparrow.

22/45 with a threaded barrel, but not the Lite. MK4 Tactical or some similar Volquartsen e.g. Mini Mamba.

Bobcat 21A Covert.

While I own and like my 21a covert, it's probably not the best option for a first rimfire pistol host.

BT 22 suppressor from LGS for $225 + $200 to BATFE.

SHOOTS great and eats all ammo.

The Taurus TX22 is an awesome pistol for a suppressor.

Everyone thank you.
So far it is narrowed down to the Taurus TX22 and the Ruger 22-45 Lite or tactical.

I will look for a range that has them and try them both

This is fun, friend had a threaded MK IV, was OK. I also have a MK II with a TacSol upper, not as accurate as my M&P 22 compact.

I’ve since mounted the ACRO forward on the rail, but this is how she sits. Ruger Mk IV Tac with AAC Halcyon. No complaints with the combo so far

How’s that B&T mount for the ACRO?

If you're an older guy, get a Ruger Mark [whatever].  If you want the best .22LR suppressor host today, get a TX22.

Inexpensive, 16 and 22rd factory mags, very reliable, lifetime warranty, and a really nice factory trigger with a really short reset.

FPNI, get the TX22.

Picked up a TX22 a couple of months ago and got my can out of jail middle of last week.    So far I like it.  The pic is in the long configuration of the Halcyon and it isn't bad in terms of weight or feel but I haven't compared the sound to the shorter K configuration yet.

I love my Halcyon. It lives on rifles for me. It’s bigger than a lot of rimfire options and sounds awesome even with stuff like Velocitor, Stingers, and Eco Speed/Power.

I am putting together a dedicated AR22 pistol for the can as well.  All the parts other than the brace should be in by Wed.  Still deciding on what brace to use but I am leaning toward a folder since I got a picatinny buffer tube cap for it.

I’d probably go folder too. Short configuration has been nice on all my semi auto hosts. Still sounds pretty good and has noticeably less blowback on my dirty hosts.

Use a decent anti-seize for the lock ring on the rear. The white lithium grease the manual mentioned seized up on me. AAC was great to deal with and had it back in the mail to me the day they received it. Switched to a high heat anti-seize, and haven’t had it happen again.

Mark IV but the m&p22 is fun. I run a silencerco warlock and spectra 22 but would maybe do a sparrow from that company.

I could have sworn that I already replied to this thread but I can't find it so I will repost.

Beretta has a mail in rebate for the 92FSR suppressor ready 15+1  22LR. It's a nice gun and I snagged mine for $300 at Palmetto State Armory a few months ago. After rebate, which came today, it was $200.  It's a polymer frame aluminum slide and made under contract in germany by umarex.  I have shot a few hundred rounds out of it and not had a single issue. It just runs and runs. It's also pretty quiet with my .22 can. It's really not bad for a gun that costs a few hundred bucks. The only downside is that it does not have a provision for a red dot.  It includes normal height and suppressor height sights as well as a fake suppressor. Personally I think the fake suppressor is lame as hell but whatever.  Also comes with a nice case and 2 mags. BTW the barrel is 1/2-28

It's currently out of stock though.

Beretta 87 with silencerco Sparrow.

But I usually shoot a mini mamba with a deadair mask and a leupold DPP.
I also have a Scorpion 4” volquartsen and a threaded beretta 70S.

Don’t have pics of those on my phone though.

It's a Nepros 3/8" mini ratchet, in a 1/4" body.
