So I have a bunch of win11 machines at home I need to update and I have licenses for both pro and enterprise, I plan to do rufus installs. Which would be better to keep MS out of my data and limit MS scrapping data from the PC's?

ETA: yes win11....not sure I'm gonna actually do this until the jet lag clears.

Assuming you mean Windows 11 - Enterprise has the ability to complete disable telemetry, while Pro does not.

But I'd pick either one, and then go through the online guides of turning everything off that can be stripped down.
