I'm just partial to the CZ85 pistols.

Bought a surplus Pre B CZ85 and had it refinished after I got all new springs, etc. for it.

Liked it so well I converted a CZ75 Compact to CZ85 configuration (as close to a Pre B as I could get at the time.)

Then, when I got my CZ75 B in .40 S&W I added the ambidextrous slide release levers and spur hammer to it, too.

I might start looking for a new production Cobra here soon.

Just talking about standard, production guns, for revolvers Colt Diamondback, in nickle that I lusted over, about 50 years ago, also Colt Python, that I owned for a while, but, it just didn't fit MY hand well.
Semi auto: I lusted over a gold plated Desert Eagle, but, never bought one because it is way too big for MY hands. Second place goes to Sig  Xfives out of the Mastershop, decked out with wood grips.

That said, there's just a ton of  full custom guns out there that I think beat out anything that was mass produced.

1911/2011 would be the most aesthetically pleasing guns for me.  Sig P229/226 would be in second place (functionally I don’t like DA/SA).  There are ugly variations of the 1911/2011 & P229/226 but there are some
Beautiful variations as well.  This thread shows how subjective “coolest looking handgun” can be.  To my eye, I see some absolutely fugly guns.

As of late, I find myself really lusting after a Lebedev PL-14 or PL-15. Kalashnikov Concern’s SP-1 “sporting” variant is the only version we stand a snowball’s chance in hell of getting here in the states methinks, but who knows. I’d be content with the SP-1, but would be overjoyed for a legit PL-14/15!

I also thing the AMT 44 Automag is one of the coolest, but I also like the AMT Hardballer Longslide, and the HK P7M8.

Beautiful "Pre-B"!  Can you please tell me the make of the grips?  Mine's an Israeli import in not nearly as nice a condition as yours, but still a decent sample for a used, surplus, pistol.  I may eventually refinish it in a similar epoxy paint used by the Israelis, but for now it wears its scars.

Thanks for posting!
