I bought a new, USA made 43X a few months back, that came with the 15rd magazines. I noticed that with the slide locked back and inserting a fully loaded magazine, the top round will push up on the ejector, flexing the mounting point of it enough to push the ejector over about .050" or so. I took out another Glock I have, a 19, and did the same thing, and the top round doesn't, or barely even touches the ejector. Anyone else notice this on their slimline Glocks? It may not be an issue, because the gun shoots great. Still, seeing that the 19 doesn't have this issue, it makes me question the stress being put on the ejector in the 43X. |
