I just purchased a 942 and would like to remove the grips. The rollpin... does it have to be driven in 1 direction only to remove/install? I dont see much on the internet RE teardown. If anyone knows of a video/site or whatever I would welcome it. Thanks! |

No doubt... just wanted to make sure it dosent have to be driven out in a specific direction. Also.. Anyone else own one? The cyl release button is "loose". So much so it rattles if you move the gun around. The screw that retains it is tight. Just wondering if its considered normal. |
| Unscrew it and see if it was cross threaded at the factory. I've had good response from Taurus CS in the last few years, not everyone has the same reports. |
