I have a love/hate thing going on with my P365. I have owned many versions over the years but they never really fit me, as they didn't point naturally for me but the Icarus changed that. I got a nib P365 in a trade with a local ffl dealer by me and wanted to try to like it again. I took it to the range but I didn't do well with it. I bought the P365 XL exchange kit and a Wilson Combat grip module, as the Wilson is much nicer than the thinner Sig grip but it still didn't work out. I reviewed some other options and the Icarus really interested me. While I think it is kind of ugly in design, it is a really nice grip module, minus the price. A local Bass Pro had them on sale and I went to see if I liked it and I did, so home it came with me. B.P. had a deal if you used their credit card you get 10% off and another 10% for First Responder, so 20% off of $300 wasn't so bad, as I really want to love this gun. The P365 shoots like a bigger gun and recoil is not bad. I am accurate with it in it's normal configuration but I just shoot low with it. I am going to go to the gun range hopefully in a couple weeks to try this new set up. I have to say it is quite comfortable to hold and has a few nice options built in-beaver tail, thumb rest for support hand and undercuts. Anyway, here is a pic. Attached File |

| I have the Fuse macro module from Icarus and like it. I got it on sale from Primary Arms awhile back. Feels good in the hand and I much prefer metal frames to polymer ones. Picked up a holster from Havok for it so I can carry it when I don't want to carry my Xmacro. |

Yeah I built mine using the specter comp guns and love them. One of the softer, flat shooting compacts on the market and it keeps improving with bigger mags like 17 rounders. I like my axg legion 365 as it comes from Sig, but I have the Icarus on the specter comps and macro. Makes for an awesome platform once you get the holsters you want. I like the 365 with a Wilson lower for deep concealment in a tiny gun. Next for me is the P365 DH3 as I want a fuse with the slide cuts as the best conceal cross over platform. You will love shooting your new Icarus X. |
