Has anyone been to either the Cleveland County Fair or the Caldwell County Fair? If so, did they have metal detectors? I looked at Cleveland's Fair site. They mention "no weapons," but don't saying anything about detection. Caldwell has a crummy social media page, so I doubt they are even spending the money on such detection. I found a five year old article about beefed up security at the Cleveland County Fair, but nothing recent. I wonder if they scrapped their metal detector nonsense. Maybe someone with sense realized that criminals don't follow inane rules. Thanks in advance. |
