I was at a pawn shop today and they had a Dan Wesson 22LR revolver. It was blued, 4inch non ventilated barrel, six shot. Other than coming with a holster, nothing else. No box or owners manual. Anyone know anything about Dan Wesson 22LR revolvers? Roughly how much it’s worth, so if I decide to buy it I won’t pay too much?

Thank you

I don't know how much you should pay for it.  I have a few old Dan Wesson revolvers and they're first rate.

The .22 is fun to shoot, it's built on the DW .357 frame.

I would think anything under $500 would be a great deal. They are great revolvers.

A good Dan Wesson .22 is a good gun.
I'd put them at a Ruger level, not a S&W or Colt.

Problem is, Dan Wesson was in and out of bankruptcy so many times, you can't be assured it's a good one.
Quality depended on where they were at a point of going into bankruptcy, coming out, in between.

I ended up buying it for $430.00. They were asking $500.00 for it. It cleaned up pretty nice.
