Front grip bushing/screw

Swapped out the grip on my AF Romulus and the front grip screw would not budge so I had to drill it out. I need a new screw/bushing set. Are they all the same "size wise"?

Many manufacturers like to do their own thing and you can't always trust everyone to follow all the specs, but every one I've seen from various brands is the same size.
