Glock 43X MOS with Mini RDS, compact 500 lumen light, 15 round capacity with Shield Arms magazines and mag release. Small, lightweight, reliable as hell. in the right holster, this might be the perfect carry gun IMO.

I'm honestly still working through that myself. Finding the right holster can be an expensive pain in the ass. I'm a lefty with a dad bod. So I usually carry at the 8 o'clock position. I have 3 holsters ordered for this pistol: A Werkz, A Blackpoint Tactical, and a one from this guy: https://theisholsters.com/. I like the Alien gear cloak tuck style holsters. They're the most comfortable for me but it's really tough to find holsters that will accommodate lights and RDS. Throw enough shit against the wall and maybe something will stick. |

IIRC for mine it was 2x .002. Somewhere between .004 and .007 should do it.
There's a vid on YT where PMM shows how to time the P365 JTTC and he shows roughly where you want it to be underclocked with shims added. |

Some agencies mandate the rear sight be installed behind the red dot sight, I didn't ask them why but can think of a few reasons why they'd want it behind, not forward of the RDS.
